Nov 15 這張廣受整個Trance界從DJ到製作人再到歌迷一面倒好評的全新專輯"Winter"正式發行。

沒錯，這張專輯的發行人就是Cold Blue，這兩年在整個Trance圈掀起一股新風潮，有一種深層細膩又蘊含故事的律動感叫 Cold Blue ，無論是在現場亦或是在任何音響前只要頻率一對到就能理解了！

Tobias Schuh來自德國，本次發行的首張個人專輯就跟名字相呼應，這張專輯名稱＂winter＂冬日的主題其實較少被利用在電子音樂的主題與場景上，但透過Tobias細膩的琢磨之下，本張專輯聽過的人都能感受到滿滿的冬天氣息。

本張專輯採用continuous mix的方式呈現，每首歌都是接在一起的，讓聽眾更能進入冬天的故事當中，按照順序播放可以感受到從冬天一早開始這個世界所給予我們冬天的一切都完完整整的被Tobias寫進他的音樂之中，雖是冬日卻又不會讓人感受到寒冷與陰暗，反倒有種突破逆境迎向冬天的陽光進而重生的感覺。

本週Cold Blue也在知名論壇Reddit.com上與歌迷以問與答的方式互動，許多歌迷問了很棒的問題，相信都是大家想要了解的，小編有稍微整理了一些部份（要去Dreamstate socal但我還沒整理行李，看不懂英文請自己google翻譯，可以留言在臉書中與大家討論）

1.) What makes a track great for you? I recall in interviews you are seeking production perfection, curious as to what that looks like in your mind.

A:1.) Tricky question right in the beginning. 😀
I don’t like it, when music sounds too ‘formulaic’ (?) or predictable. So I definitely would not want to try and come up with a formula here, haha.
If we leave all the technical aspects aside (which are definitely also important, in order to express yourself musically – just like grammar, pronounciation etc. in language), in the end for me it’s about telling an authentic story with music. And if the story makes sense from start to finish, then it’s maybe something like perfect?
This was me brainstorming here.

2.) If there is one thing you could change in the trance scene, what would it be?

A:This would become more of a general life/humanity/psychology philosophic discussion now.
To keep it short, and this is for life in general, I hope we all find ways to become a more happy and peaceful society, and this starts with being peaceful and caring towards ourselves first. Focussing on things that make us truly happy and healthy on long term, rather than following quick stimulations, money/power/attention and all that toxic stuff.
If there are things in the trance scene, that I am worried about, they are probably related to that big topic.

What is your favourite festival? Do you have any pets?

Ａ：Probably Luminosity and Dreamstate and Unkonscious! 🙂
I have some spiders at times… does that count?

Where does the name “Cold Blue" come from?

Ａ：It came from trying hard to find a catchy and short way to express with words how my music sounds to me.
Cold Blue was the closest I found.
Sounding very intense, powerful, magical, mystical… some of those emotions that I try to express with my music.

How do you come up with song titles? I noticed a few of them have the word “Life" (Another Life, Learning to Live, Speed of Life) and that really resonates with me. As my friend and I both like to say, “Your Dreamstate Socal 2018 set brought me back to life!"

Ａ：I guess my music is basically me processing what’s going on in my life. It’s a way to get all those emotions out there and reflect on experiences on a very deep subconscious level.
Finding a song title that matches the emotions of a track is always way more difficult for me than to come up with the music itself. 🙂
So often it’s a process of trying to find out how the track feels to me, and what situation in my life it can be associated to. And alot of that seems to be related to those general big questions of life, appearantly. 😀
